AEM Developer

Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized digital experiences, leveraging Adobe tools to optimize customer journeys and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Implement customer journey workflows using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Integrate and manage data using Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP).

Analyze customer behavior and engagement using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and personalized digital experiences.

Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and follow best practices in performance and security.

Qualifications Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for customer journey orchestration.

Experience with Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) for data integration and segmentation.

Familiarity with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for behavioral analysis and reporting.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
