Senior Systems Operations EngineerClient is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer to provide end-to-end support and optimization of enterprise storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability, efficient operations, and rapid resolution of complex issues across file and object storage environments.In this role, you will:Participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional areaContribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasksReview and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityParticipate in an on-call rotation, along with occasional weekend support.Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolutionWork to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standardsCollaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilitySupport enterprise storage infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across file and object storage platformsAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex storage and infrastructure issues, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutionImprove operational efficiency through automation, performance tuning, and reduction of manual intervention across storage environmentsMonitor, maintain, and optimize systems while participating in on-call support, ensuring adherence to technical standards, controls, and service level commitmentsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
