The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES -Overall site supervision, scheduling, subcontractor coordination per plans and specifications.
-Review Construction Drawings, Specifications, Shop Drawings, Submittals & Change Orders.
-OSHA Safety Compliance.
-Review and Track the overall DJB project schedule on a weekly basis.
-Complete Field & Weekly Reports.
REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Constructions Management or related preferred, but not required.
-Experience: Construction Experience a MUST! Min. 5 years preferred
-Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Project.
-Willingness and ability to learn new software products used for projects.
-Sound integrity and professional ethics.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
-Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize and complete projects on time.
-Ensure compliance to standards, timelines, and quality.
-Familiarity with trades and labor.
