What You?ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support?to children/adolescents
• Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills
• Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA
• Track progress and document session notes
• Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team

New to ABA? No problem. We provide hands‑on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You?ll learn evidence‑based strategies that make a real difference in children?s development.

What We?re Looking For:

• Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals
• Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation + valid driver?s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to travel within a 15?20 mile radius

(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)

Schedule Requirements:

• Afternoon availability (after school hours)
• At least 4 days per week
• Occasional weekend availability may be requested
