Job Overview:

Pay Range: $15.99hr - $20.99hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in using computers to navigate between different websites.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Active listening skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the frontline link to assist providers in optical offices.
  • Answer inquiries via phone, email, and fax to ensure overall provider satisfaction.
  • Enter vision prescription orders accurately.
  • Investigate existing vision prescription orders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Empathy to understand provider frustration.
