Job Description

Cisco AI Research is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build data and ML systems powering our LLMs and AI models. You will design scalable data pipelines, optimize labeling workflows, and develop synthetic data and evaluation methods to improve model performance. You will work closely with researchers and engineers to determine data needs, create efficient data, and translate research ideas into robust production systems. The role is hybrid with multiple locations, including San Jose.
