We're partnering with a $300M private equity-backed healthcare services organization to hire a Controller for its growing corporate finance team in the Franklin/Brentwood area.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.This is a true, hands-on Controller seat reporting into senior finance leadership, with the opportunity to own the accounting function and play a major role in building out and modernizing the company's finance infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close• Lead revenue recognition and technical accounting, including ASC 606 and ASC 842• Oversee multi-entity accounting and consolidated financial reporting• Manage the annual audit and external auditor relationships• Lead and develop the accounting team• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management• Drive accounting process, systems, controls, and reporting improvements• Support M&A and acquisition integration activities• Help centralize and scale the accounting organizationIdeal Background:Healthcare accounting experience required• Prior Controller-level experience with a strong hands-on accounting foundation• Strong GAAP, revenue recognition, close, and audit experience• Experience managing and developing accounting teams• Healthcare revenue cycle / reimbursement exposure strongly preferred• EMS/ambulance experience would be particularly attractive• Public accounting + industry experience is a plus• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is highly desirableLocation: Franklin / Brentwood, TNSchedule: Approximately 4 days per week in officeWhy Explore It?This is a stable, growing PE-backed healthcare platform—not a cleanup situation.
