Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Executive Assistant that serves as a strategic partner and force multiplier, enabling focus on the company's highest operations priorities. This role requires exceptional judgement, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, synthesize information, and drive follow-through across a complex organization. The ideal candidate operates with urgency, clarity, and confidence, acting as an extension of the Executive in managing time, travel, communication, preparation and coordination of critical initiatives.

Own and optimize the Executive's calendar and time, serving as a strategic gatekeeper who aligns priorities, resolves conflicts, and ensures preparedness for all meetings, travel and reviews.

Act as an extension of the Executive in managing communications, including email triage, drafting executive-level responses, and translating inputs into actions.

Prepare the Executive for internal and external engagements through concise briefings, re-reads, KPI insights, and meeting materials that highlight risks, decisions and priorities.

Coordinate end-to-end travel, site visits and executive logistics, ensuring readiness, compliance and effective engagement with teams and customers.

Drive coordination across Operations and functional leaders to gather, synthesize, and present information for executive reviews and strategic initiatives.

Track progress, risks and dependencies across key operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring visibility and follow-through without decision authority.

Anticipate issues and opportunities by monitoring relationships, personnel dynamics, and emerging risks; proactively surface recommendations and required actions.

Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

5+ years experience within an Executive Assistant role supporting a C-suite level exec

Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities seamlessly.

Polished, professional presence with sound judgement and maturity.

Preferred:

Industry experience is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
