Novara ConstructionJoin a Fast-Growing Construction CompanyNovara Construction is looking for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead residential construction projects specializing in Roofing, Impact Windows & Doors, Remodeling, and General Construction.We are not looking for someone who simply manages jobs.We are looking for a leader—someone who understands construction at a high level, takes ownership, solves problems, leads people, and treats every project as if it were their own business.This is not a typical 9-to-5 position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, build a career, and become a key part of our leadership team.The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.QualificationsRequired Experience:Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in residential constructionStrong experience in Roofing, Impact Windows & Doors, Remodeling, or General ConstructionProfessional ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, and construction blueprintsStrong understanding of all phases of residential constructionKnowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and quality controlExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspectorsStrong knowledge of budgeting, estimating, purchasing, and cost controlAbility to negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractorsExperience taking accurate field measurementsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to solve problems and make decisions under pressureComputer proficiency and experience using construction management software (JobTread experience is a plus)Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)Valid Driver's LicenseResponsibilitiesManage multiple residential construction projects from start to finishReview construction plans before work beginsCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and deliveriesMaintain project schedules and budgetsEnsure projects meet Novara Construction's quality standardsPerform quality control inspectionsOrder materials and manage purchasingNegotiate with suppliers and subcontractorsCommunicate professionally with homeowners, office staff, and field crewsTake field measurements when necessaryUpload project updates, photos, documentation, and reportsResolve field issues quickly and professionallyWho We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:Thinks like an ownerLeads by exampleHolds people accountable while earning their respectTakes pride in delivering exceptional workmanshipIs highly organized and detail-orientedHas outstanding communication skillsIs proactive, dependable, and solution-drivenWants to grow professionally with a rapidly expanding companyThis is primarily a leadership position.
