Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.

Manage and troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and network security technologies.

Support multi-vendor networking environments including Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and related platforms.

Configure and maintain firewalls, secure web gateways, proxy services, and network security solutions.

Develop and implement network automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and similar automation tools.

Automate network provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and operational processes.

Support enterprise wireless and Wi-Fi infrastructure deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Analyze and resolve complex network performance, connectivity, and security issues.

Partner with cybersecurity teams on network hardening, security improvements, and infrastructure initiatives.

Support cloud connectivity, hybrid infrastructure, and network modernization projects.

Create and maintain network documentation, standards, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted tools to improve network operations and efficiency.

Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop support, and application teams to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Routing and switching technologies

Enterprise LAN/WAN architectures

Network troubleshooting and performance optimization

Network security technologies

Wireless/Wi-Fi infrastructure

Experience supporting multi-vendor network environments.

Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of firewalls, secure access solutions, and web proxy technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.

Experience supporting enterprise office environments.

Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
