This role offers flexible hours ranging from 24 to 32 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours. Enjoy working from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend projects.As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our office spaces, common areas, and support rooms remain functional and presentable. You'll work closely with vendors to address specialized repairs and contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained manufacturing office environment.Key Responsibilities:Support building systems through minor forklift repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general facility upkeep, including painting, plumbing, and carpentry.Perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and handle facility emergencies.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and site-specific manufacturing requirements.Document work activities and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.Support inspections and emergency procedures.Requirements:Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.Preferences:Experience in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.Ready to make a difference in our Fort Worth facility?
