Senior C++ Developer

Job Description

Prop Trading Firm is looking for a high-touch C++ developer to assist with the buildout of core trading systems and onboarding new traders and portfolio managers. This position requires technical prowess, strategic insight, and leadership, involving complex system development, technology optimization, and mentorship. Responsibilities:

Lead the development of advanced trading systems. Enhance and scale our technology across markets. Work closely with traders to translate needs into solutions. Mentor junior developers and advocate for continuous learning. Stay updated with industry trends to keep our technology at the forefront.

Ideal Candidate:

5 years experience in software development in high-frequency trading. Skilled in C++(17/20/23), Python, Linux A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. A resilient leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
