The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile/SDLC projects, coordinating with stakeholders, mitigating project risks, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end software development projects in an Agile/SDLC environment.Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while resolving issues proactively.Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and delivery.Track project progress, provide status updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Required Skills:12+ years of Technical Project Management experience.Strong experience managing Software Development projects.Expertise in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and Project Delivery.Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.Strong background in Risk Mitigation, Process Optimization, and Project Planning.
