Job Description Skills Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and time management Attention to detail and accuracy Shipment tracking and appointment scheduling Problem solving and issue resolution Strong follow up and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to work in a fast paced environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3– 6 years of experience in logistics, transportation and customer services preferred Experience scheduling delivery appointments preferred Familiarity with retail customer portals such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s Experience working with carriers, customers, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills.
