Senior.NET Developer (With Legacy Skills)Senior.NET developer that has strong PL/SQL Oracle stored procedure background. Seeking programmers with a commitment to strong design principles, automated unit/integration testing, and highly productive in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities:Works independently to develop complex.NET software components using C#Needs ability to work on complex large scale PL/SQL stored procedures in Oracle 11g/12cAbility to make smaller changes in C++ and VB6 is requiredConsults with team architects and development leads regarding code architecture and designWrites SOLID testable codeDevelops unit and integration tests for automated code coverage of components developedRuns explain plans to ensure query optimizationPerforms manual unit testing when automation is not availableAnalyzes legacy code in VB6 and C++ for conversion to.NETDocuments and conducts code reviews of all code changes prior to user acceptance testingParticipates in and contributes to Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, story grooming sessions, sprint demonstrations and retrospectives (meetings start at 8:30 ET to accommodate both US and India participants)Skill Set:8+ years .NET development experience required3+ years Agile experience required (Scaled Agile certification preferred)Required experience: C#,.Net Core, PL/SQL Oracle Stored Procedures, (VB6 OR C++ experience ), WebAPI 2.0 REST Services, Entity Framework, LINQ, SplunkPreferred experience: WPF, Microservices, WinForms, IOC Containers, MOQ Frameworks, Test Driven Development, IBM MQProficiency in JIRAAbility to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesExperience working on large scale enterprise systemsExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsExperience working with virtual teams (e.g. onshore/offshore model) is a plus
