Job Description

Responsibilities:

The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving,

labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a

concise inventory record, and accurately filling customer orders. We only want

dynamic, career-minded people willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

The warehouse associate is responsible for virtually all day-to-day tasks that keep

the warehouse running efficiently. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for

receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages,

keeping a concise inventory record, accurately filling customer orders, and picking

parts to fulfill orders. We only want dynamic, career-minded people

willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.

Maintain precise records of all inventory and stock.

Scan items into the warehouse management system

Inspect all stock for damages and keep records of damages.

Organizing the warehouse space.

Preparing orders for shipment.

Picking orders for shipment.

Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.

Operating stock management tools: powered industrial

equipment and pallet jacks.

Counting stock and keeping inventory records.

Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized

Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations

Qualifications:

Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal

Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements

Regularly lift, push, pull, and move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and move objects that weigh up

to 100 lbs.

Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach

Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and stairs) or balance

May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.

May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

Able to work well under pressure

Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors

Must have open availability, be flexible, and be able to work various shifts and overtime.

1-2 years of Warehouse experience preferred.

Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
