Finance Manager, FP&AAs a Finance Manager, FP&A, you'll serve as a key financial partner supporting our personal finance business portfolio. You'll own critical planning and reporting processes, provide financial insights that influence strategic decision-making, and help leadership understand performance drivers across the business. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure and processes, and can effectively partner with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and business leadership.About the roleOwn and manage the FP&A calendar, ensuring timely execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and reporting activitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for assigned business linesDevelop and maintain financial models that support strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and investment decisionsCreate executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into key business metrics and financial performanceAnalyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and operational drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendationsPartner closely with Accounting and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial reporting, forecasting, and business performance insightsSynthesize large volumes of financial and operational data into clear business insights for senior leadersAbout youMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, or a related finance functionExperience owning budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processesAdvanced financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis skillsStrong proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience as a Finance Manager or in a lead FP&A roleExperience supporting subscription-based, fintech, consumer technology, or personal finance businessesExperience with headcount planning and workforce forecastingFamiliarity with executive-level reporting and KPI dashboard developmentExperience supporting multiple business units or product linesWhat you'll getOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
