Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate change orders submitted by Construction Managers

Assess scope, necessity, and accuracy of change orders; recommend adjustments or reductions as needed

Engage in discussions with CMs regarding submitted labor hours, scope, and justification

Ensure compliance with established change order governance processes

Document review outcomes in internal systems (e.g., Power Apps)

Upload and manage documentation in shared repositories

Support training efforts for CM teams on processes and tools

Collaborate and interface regularly with Construction Managers and stakeholders

Participate in meetings across the service territory (virtual and in-person)

Required Qualifications

Experience supporting electric utility construction projects

Background working with Construction Managers or field operations

Strong attention to detail and ability to review and validate technical and cost information

Comfortable with data entry, systems, and digital tools (e.g., Power Apps, file-sharing platforms)

Ability to communicate effectively with field and office teams

Willingness and ability to travel within service territory as needed
