Quality Assurance

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. Candidate will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches, evaluating implementation against requirements, and communication among the stakeholders and development team

Resource should be a fast learner on multiple systems, be able to develop test cases and competent in executing test cases.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze system specifications

Collaborate with team to develop effective strategies and test plans

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

Evaluate systems according to specifications

Create logs to document testing phases and defects

Report bugs and errors to development teams

Help troubleshoot issues

Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

Proven experience with 5 + years as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

Experience in project management and QA methodology

Experience and knowledge of Agile methodology

Experience with MS TFS

Regression testing experience

Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

Working knowledge of SQL Server basic queries

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

Strong organizational skills
