Job Duties

  • Receive, inspect, count, and accurately register incoming packages and inventory.
  • Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to safely transport materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Sort, organize, and stock products on racks, shelves, and designated storage locations.
  • Pick, prepare, and stage orders according to work instructions and customer requirements.
  • Ensure order accuracy and meet established productivity and shipping deadlines.
  • Perform basic data entry and update inventory records using warehouse management systems and computer applications.
  • Package products for shipment and accurately apply shipping labels.
  • Load, unload, and move materials while following all safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to support efficient warehouse operations.
  • Assist with inventory counts, audits, and other warehouse projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
  • Need to have 6 months or more of warehouse or distribution experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Inventory management experience.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
