You can look forward to these exciting tasks:This is a night shift position: Mon-Fri 4pm-4amPerform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptimeConduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtimeDiagnose equipment issues and implement effective corrective actionsRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specificationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company proceduresMaintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to the teamThis is what you bring to us:Apprenticeship, vocational training, or technical education in Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related fieldLess than 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience performing equipment repairsAbility to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specificationsKnowledge of preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and manufacturing processesApplications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.Your contact person: Marisa Tavolacci, People & Organization Lexington, KYGet to know us here and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.
